These Terms of Use govern access to the Panoqor website and services provided by Individual Entrepreneur Keremet Labs.
By registering for the service, using the website, accessing public tours, or uploading content, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms. If the parties have signed a separate agreement, that agreement prevails for paid services and individually negotiated terms.
1. Service purpose and scope
Panoqor provides tools for hosting, storing, publishing, and managing 3D tours, property records, team collaboration, and related administrative workflows.
2. Registration and account responsibilities
- the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the service;
- the user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and for actions performed under their account;
- the operator may refuse registration, suspend access, or delete an account if these Terms, the law, or the rights of third parties are violated.
3. Rules for using the platform
- the service must not be used for unlawful activity, rights infringement, malicious code distribution, spam, or security circumvention;
- the user must not upload content unless they have all necessary rights, consents, and licenses;
- the user must not interfere with the platform, seek unauthorized access, overload the infrastructure, or use automated tools without the operator’s permission.
4. User content
The user retains rights to the content they upload, but grants the operator a non-exclusive right to use, store, copy, process, and display that content to the extent necessary to operate the service, maintain backups, publish tours, and provide technical support.
The user warrants that they hold all rights and permissions necessary to upload and publish the content, including rights related to property details, images, addresses, logos, personal data, and any third-party materials.
5. Public tours and external access
A published tour may be accessible through a public link. The user decides which materials are made public and is responsible for ensuring that the publication is lawful. The operator is not required to pre-screen every published item, but may remove or restrict access to content in response to complaints, legal risk, or violations of platform rules.
6. Payments and activation of paid services
At the current stage of the service, payments may be handled manually: by invoice, by mutual agreement, through bank transfer, or through another confirmed offline method. Activation, renewal, or modification of paid access may depend on payment confirmation by the operator and on recording that payment in the administrative system.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees and payment terms are specified in an invoice, commercial offer, contract, or another operator-issued document. The user must pay on time and provide correct billing details for document issuance.
7. Intellectual property
Except for user content, the website, source code, interfaces, design, platform structure, Panoqor marks, and other service elements belong to the operator or are used on a lawful basis. The user does not receive ownership rights to the software and may not copy, decompile, distribute, or modify the service beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
8. Service availability and limitation of liability
The operator aims to keep the platform available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or continuous availability of every feature. Reasonable downtime for maintenance, updates, temporary incidents, and feature changes is permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the operator is not liable for losses caused by the user, third parties, connectivity or hosting providers, incorrect content uploads, or the user’s breach of law or these Terms.
9. Personal data and confidentiality
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Panoqor Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The user must not upload personal data of third parties without an appropriate legal basis and all required consents.
10. Termination of access
The user may stop using the service at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated, where the law requires it, where payment obligations remain unmet, or where the platform, its users, or third parties face security or legal risks.
11. Governing law, disputes, and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and jurisdiction rules. The operator may update these Terms, and a new version becomes effective on the date it is published on this page unless stated otherwise.
